Creating CCCIDs/Student Accounts — February 28, 2024
In this presentation, we discussed a new CCCApply Administrator feature: The OpenCCC Bulk Create CCCIDs process. CCCID is the unique, systemwide identifier for students of the California Community Colleges. The ability to create CCCIDs in bulk will assist colleges in their need to report CCCIDs along with other student data for MIS and other statewide reporting. With this new feature, college staff can create new CCCIDs/student accounts for students without access to the online student account system (e.g., apprenticeship, noncredit, and justice-involved).
